I love cooking, baking, scrapbooking, crafts, all photos, snugglin' on my Lola (mini-dachshund) and pinterest. I have a degree in Nutrition/Health and Wellness. I work in a health food store and I'm constantly expanding my knowledge.
I LOVE vegetables, but I also love sweets. Sometimes, I don't eat (or post) the healthiest things. Big whoop. Enjoy!

I’ve been working out at least 4-5 days a week for the past 3 weeks. I feel great, I’m running and using the lamest workout machine at my apartment complex - but it’s something. I can feel my self being able to run longer without stopping. I have never been a fan of running, but I’m trying to be fit because it’s good for me and - well, I work in a health food store and I have a degree in Nutrition/Health and Wellness… don’t wanna be a hypocrite! So, this workout machine is great for my arms, but the leg portion is lacking.
I have CHICKEN LEGS (and proud of it) but I would like to add some muscle back into them. There’s 2 exercises I can do on the machine and they suck. One of them seems terrible for my knees and the other is awkward. And, now that I have all this spandex-type workout pants/shorts I’m REALLY noticing that my butt is not as perky as it used to be. So, I’ve been doing a few workouts on my own for legs/butt, but this DVD just caught my attention.
So, I bought it. 3 easy payments of 19.95? Sold.
Haha, for real. I’m a super excited to do these workouts. Can’t wait to get them in 3-5 days and not be able to sit down.

PS it talks about helping you lose weight. F that! I’m not going to be able to lose weight and if I do, it’ll be fat I’m losing and muscle I’m gaining. So since muscle weighs more than fat… WOOHOO weight gain here I come! :-P
