I love cooking, baking, scrapbooking, crafts, all photos, snugglin' on my Lola (mini-dachshund) and pinterest. I have a degree in Nutrition/Health and Wellness. I work in a health food store and I'm constantly expanding my knowledge.
I LOVE vegetables, but I also love sweets. Sometimes, I don't eat (or post) the healthiest things. Big whoop. Enjoy!

Sooo… I don’t know if you can really count this as day 4. I’ve done 3 days of workouts, and when I finish posting this, I’ll do my 4th. I didn’t count rest days…
ANYWAY… the first day, I didn’t have much time so I did BUM BUM RAPIDO. That shiz almost killed me. I had to stop for a but 1-2 min in the middle (this workout is the 10 min one). I felt like I had just sprinted up 400 flights of stairs.
Day 2: I tried the regular BUM BUM workout. I had to stop after 20 minutes. The soreness in my legs was ridiculous and I was completely out of breath. Oh my goodness.
Day 3. I did the HIGHT & TIGHT workout. I did it all the way through, didn’t stop at all. My legs were burning so bad. I loved it. I can’t feel my butt getting worked out during all of this, just my legs… but man do I feel it afterward.
Day 4: Pretty sure I have to do the BUM BUM workout again today. I’m on the LIFT AND SHAPE workout plan. Not that my butt is flat, but I’m not tryin to lose any weight (I don’t think that’s even possible).
